Ad Sales Folder Checklist
- Name of business is on ad folder
- Ad folder contains:
- An insertion order for current month and copies of insertion orders from previous months.
- A representative sheet with the name of the advertising representative written on it.
- An explanation of ad sizes and how to figure size and cost of ads (RATE SHEET)
- A copy (if applicable) of the ad that ran in the last edition of the newspaper.
- An ad sketch sheet so that information about the creation of the ad may be written down, brought back and turned in.
