Teachers selected will gain knowledge that will help boost their careers and help them become leaders in the profession. Not only will they attend workshops that boast in-depth instruction on journalism skills, but also they will receive hands-on experience by completing various projects and developing lesson plans and curriculum. Even better, there is no cost to the teacher or the school.

Participants may select from the following dates:

• June 15-27: Arizona State University
• July 6-18: Kent State University
• July 13-25: University of Missouri
• July 13-25: University of Texas at Austin
